Welcome to Salesflow! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

Definitions

• "Company" refers to Salesflow, registered under EU and Romanian law.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person or entity using our services.
• "Services" refers to the services provided by Salesflow, including but not limited to consulting, strategic partnerships, and IT solutions.

Use of Services

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• Account Registration: You may be required to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the services, including but not limited to engaging in illegal activities, violating the rights of others, or disrupting the services.

Payment and Fees

•  Pricing: Salesflow does not display fixed prices on our website as services are customized based on the needs of each client. Fees will be determined after consultation and will vary depending on the specific services and partners involved. All fees and payment terms will be clearly outlined and agreed upon in a separate contract before services begin. 
• Billing: Invoices will be sent electronically, and payments are due within 15 days unless otherwise specified.
• Late Payments: A late fee may apply if payments are not made on time.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content provided by Salesflow, including text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Salesflow or its partners.
• License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the services for personal or internal business purposes.

Termination 

• Termination by User: You may terminate your engagement with Salesflow at any time by providing written notice. Since Salesflow acts as a connector and consultant, termination of services provided by our partners must be arranged directly with the service providers, subject to their individual terms and conditions.
• Termination by Salesflow: Salesflow reserves the right to terminate its consultancy or advisory services if the terms of engagement are breached or for any other significant reason. Note that Salesflow cannot directly terminate or suspend services provided by third-party partners; this must be handled through the respective service provider’s termination process.

Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: Salesflow acts as a connector and consultant and does not provide direct services. As such, any services recommended or facilitated by Salesflow are provided by third-party partners. Salesflow makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services delivered by these partners. Users are encouraged to review the terms and warranties provided by each service provider.
• Limitation: Salesflow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services provided by third-party partners. Salesflow’s role is strictly advisory, and responsibility for service delivery and performance lies with the chosen service provider.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Salesflow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.

Changes to Terms

Salesflow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
